The celebration of Lebaran in Ramayana Resort & Spa was welcomed with joy. We presented lebaran buffet dinner on 10, 11, and 12 of September and the venue was at Gabah Restaurant and Gabah Terrace Lounge. Found ketupat and opor completed with fresh lebaran cookies at Lebaran buffet dinner. Our guests were entertained with Balinese traditional entertainment.Within this special moment, our executive chef was introducing his new menu, ” Chicken Shawarma”. Chicken Shawarma is the ultimate midle eastern favorite Meal. Shawarma is like the ultimate on the go meal. Thinly sliced meat, wrapped in a “pita bread” with veggies and it is served with delicious quick meal sauce. Chicken Shawarma will be one of the special main menu for NY’s eve Gala Dinner 2010.
