New Year Eve had been past and now we would like to share the story about the New Year Eve Gala Dinner on 31st December 2010 at Ramayana Resort & Spa. The theme for New Year Eve was taking a theme “One Earth One Family”. The event was started with evening cocktail at Waroeng Jepun for about one hour then continued with Dinner at 19:00. The preparation to welcome this event was perfectly done by the team of Ramayana Resort & Spa and it was excited welcomed by our guests. We could see that they couldn’t wait for the party. During the dinner, our guests were entertained with welcome balinese dance, bartending flair, sexy dance, and live band.
We also provided lucky draw for our guests.. The lucky draw was drawn at the end of the event lead by our MC.
The venue of dinner was prepared at Gabah Restaurant, garden and gabah Lounge.. We assigned the chairs for the guest with numbers and it was easily us to trace the seat while escorting them.
The buffet of dinner was set up at Gabah restaurant and at garden close to the pool area.. Our guests looked happy while seeing the buffet of dinner was presented on the table. The foods looked fresh, beautiful and delicious
Various foods were displayed on the table. The theme of foods are international foods and those were from starter till the dessert. The presentation of the buffet raised the appetite.
The guests spent the night till the time of count down at gabah restaurant. To welcome years 2011, the count dawn was held at the Laksmana Room, located on the 2nd storey of Gabah Restaurant. We escorted our guests to the Laksmana Room and distributed them the “trompet” (paper trumpet). Our DjJ was already standby with turning the music on and the sound of music was louded in the whole room. Some of them were seating at the Gabah Terrace Lounge, waiting for the time of count down.
The guests were happily welcoming the year 2011 by sounding their trompet and dancing..
Finally year 2010 were closed and we go to years 2011 brighter and better for all of us..
The event of New Year Eve were continued with New Year party. We created the moments when our guests could enjoy their new adventure by dancing and enjoying spirit drinks at Laksmana Room. Our DJ was accompaning them with beat songs till the party end.
The rain didn’t stop us enjoying the New Year Eve party.
