This hotel is over ally very nice to stay. Location is exellent, staff was kind. Breakfast café was very nice, atmosphere, food were Ok. Room was a bit dark, but generally I had great stay:) I’d like to recommend this hotel to every one.

Many staffs try to speak & understand Japanese. It was helpful for us. All staff assist us with smile, it is nice.

We enjoyed the deluxe room, and superior room has nice balcony. This is our first stay at Ramayana. We love this hotel and had never been disappointed.

Jay is excellent Guest Relations Manager. The hotel is wonderful location, close to all amenities. Breakfasts are terrific start to our day. My cooking class was a very special experience.

Very nice afternoon tea or snacks, friendly staff and helpfull. Beautiful water founteins & garden.
Beautiful rooms on 5th floor. At night when it rains hard, it sounds like a drip, drip in roof. Very nice upgrade of hotel reception.

The pool attendant and atmosphere at the restaurant was excellent.The service and the facility of the hotel was good. Will be back again.
